Other Exclusions:
Heights: any area that requires a ladder (eg. 2nd floor windows, etc)
Heavy lifting: any furniture/object that is above 5 kg
Tile and natural rock stains: Stain removal from certain materials may require specialised expertise due to their composition
Discolouration: Normal wear and tear may cause discolouration. Restoring them to their original state may require specialised cleaning services
Mould and damp spots: while we make every effort to remove mould and marks from damp spots, complete removal may not always be possible
Risky areas: bio-waste, damaged electrical points, switches, etc
